What is Microgest 10X?

MicroGest 10X is a mixture of Bacillus Subtillis subspecies. The subspecies and mixing ratio varies with each individ-ual product, and exact proportions are company confidential information.

The parent Bacillus strains were origi-nally isolated from soil sources. The organisms have not been overly genet-ically manipulated, nor exposed to chemical mutagens. Each strain has been developed through the process of nutritional adaptation. Bacillus Subtillis is a gram-positive, spore-forming bacteria.

Why use Microgest 10X?

MicroGest 10X is a product containing a very high CFU/gram of bacteria (highest in industry). Bacillus Subtillis and Sub Species-No Mutants which are de-signed to:

• Reduce overall sludge volume in clarifiers and treat-ment lagoons, through enhanced biodegradation and heightened flock formation with excellent settling characteristics.
• Optimize degradation of organic waste including fecal matter, blood, and fats and oils.
• Metabolize organic sediments in stagnant ponds, lakes and aquaculture ponds. Even under low oxy-gen conditions.
• Reduces the population of hydrogen sulfide forming bacteria and odors, through species competition.

MicroGest 10X can be used effectively in Aquacul-ture Ponds, such as shrimp and fin fish to reduce: ammonia levels, increase oxygen, lower death loss, increase feed efficiency
